Demonstration of the mucin-like layer of the corneal endothelial surface by lectin staining in rabbit. USA / 발표(ARVO포스터) [1999] : 각막 내피세포층은 눈 속의 영양분을 함유한 물인 방수와 직접 접촉하고 있다고 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 토끼의 안구를 이용하였으며, 각막 내피세포층 바깥쪽으로 lectin염색을 통하여 뮤신층이 있다는 사실을 실험적으로 규명하였다.
