: 상처 치유과정에 영향을 주는 성장인자인 TGF-beta와 EGF-2가 어떠한 기전으로 작용하는지를 실험하였다.
토끼 각막의 섬유아세포를 분리하여 배양하였다.
이후 단백질 분석 등의 방법을 통하여 TGF-beta는 세포 분열을 촉진시키는데 이는 세포내에서 EGF-2가 만들어지는 과정을 통하여
이루어진다는 점을 발견하였다.
